"Inspiring Start at Rajagiri: CEO Suchitra Menon on Passion and Excellence"
Kochi: The Induction program for all postgraduate management programs at Rajagiri College of Social Sciences were held from July 4-6. 400 incoming students participated from MBA, MA-HRM' and PGDM programmes. Ms.Suchitra Menon, Director and CEO, WFB Baird and Company (India) Pvt. Ltd. Chaired the session named 'Chat with the CEO'. During the interaction, she explained why the leader needs to be passionate. She listed the lessons that she learned from her boss and her peers. She advised the youngsters to do anything the best way with passion, however boring the task is. The willingness to walk that extra mile is what counts. Each word from her were pieces of wisdom spilt from vast experience in a corporate career.
Induction sessions are the continuation of Deeksharambham, which includes international session to take them through the rules, regulations, policies, programe structures and details of Rajagiri life. External sessions are by leaders from various domains.
